VastuByAcharya is a Vastu Shastra consultancy and education platform rooted in ancient wisdom and practical guidance. We offer personalised Vastu consultations, courses, digital reports, and remedies to help individuals and families create balanced, harmonious spaces. Our approach is grounded in experience, intention, and a genuine desire to help — not a one-size-fits-all script.
These Terms apply to your use of our website, any associated platforms, and all services we provide.
You may use this Platform if you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to make decisions about any property or space you bring to a consultation.
If you are booking or purchasing on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian science of space and energy. The guidance provided by VastuByAcharya is based on our expertise, the information you share, and our assessment of your space. It is offered in good faith and with care.
However, it is important that you understand the following:
Results from Vastu recommendations vary from person to person and space to space. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — personal, professional, financial, or otherwise. Our guidance is intended to complement your own judgement and life decisions, not to replace them. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. For matters of that nature, please consult a qualified professional.
By proceeding with a consultation or any service, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own free will and with a clear understanding of the nature of Vastu guidance.
Full payment is required upfront
All services — including Vastu site visits, remote consultations, Astro-Vastu analysis, personalised remedy reports, and courses — require full payment before the service begins. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated during the booking or enquiry process.
Payment confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt. Please save this for your records — you may need it if you have questions about your booking later.
Payment methods
We accept payments through the secure payment partners listed on our Platform at the time of booking. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted gateways.
Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Any additional taxes or duties applicable to international buyers are the responsibility of the buyer and will be communicated at the time of checkout where required.

Personalised consultations and reports — non-refundable
All personalised Vastu consultations, Astro-Vastu analyses, and custom remedy reports are non-refundable once payment is made. This is because significant time, expertise, and preparation go into every assessment — work that begins the moment your booking is confirmed.
We ask that you are certain about your booking before completing payment.
Digital content and delivered reports — non-refundable
Once a digital report, remedy guide, course material, or any other digital deliverable has been shared with you, it cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. The nature of digital content means that once it has been accessed or delivered, it cannot be returned.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we will do our best to accommodate a new time at no additional charge.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may attract an additional fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
Cancellations by you
If you cancel a booking after payment has been made, the payment is forfeited. We encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel wherever possible.
Cancellations by VastuByAcharya
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be notified promptly. In such cases, a refund will be considered and, if approved, processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Everything on the VastuByAcharya Platform — the brand, design, course content, reports, methodologies, written material, and all other content — belongs to us or our licensors. You are welcome to use our services for their intended personal purpose, but you may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of what we create without explicit written permission from us.
If you share feedback or suggestions with us, you’re giving us permission to use those ideas to improve our services, without any obligation to compensate or credit you.
Our Platform may contain links to external websites or tools. We don’t control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting a third-party link means you leave our Platform — what happens there is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours.
We genuinely care about the quality of what we deliver. But we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that Vastu guidance will produce specific results in every situation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VastuByAcharya’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under Indian consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
